ABBY ARMSTRONG (she/her) is a former theatre kid who is passionate about making businesses more effective. Twelve years of acting training taught her to adapt, improvise and take risks, enabling her to translate her performing arts background for the corporate world, working in private wealth and institutional investment management. Most recently, she worked for Bank of America Private Bank where she helped launch a national business development strategy for endowments, foundations and donor-advised funds. Today, Abby is pursuing her Masters of Business Administration (MBA) at the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. When Abby isn’t meticulously crafting presentations and spreadsheets, she enjoys singing, cooking for friends and giving back to the arts community.
BRYAN JOESPH LEE (he/him) is a creative producer with a background in marketing and community engagement through the arts. He is dedicated to amplifying the stories of Queer, Trans, Black, Indigenous, and People of Color (QTBIPOC), and those of us standing at the intersections of multiple identities. Bryan currently serves as Director of The Public Theater's Public Forum, where he investigates civic advocacy and cultural changemaking in New York City and beyond. He is a 2018 Fellow of the DeVos Institute of Arts Management, and was named a 2016 Rising Leader of Color by Theater Communications Group (TCG). He holds a degree in Latin American Studies and International Relations from Dartmouth College.
J.J. El-Far (she/her) is a creative producer, arts manager, and cultural consultant based in New York and Philadelphia. She brings diverse people together for artistic events that transform spaces and communities through the intersection of arts and social justice. She currently serves as the Director of Development and Communications for Pig Iron Theatre Company. She is also a board member of the Parent Artist Advocacy League. Previously, J.J. has worked with ArKtype, the Sundance Institute, Musical Theatre Factory, Theater Mitu, and the British Council USA. She co-founded the Harlem Arts Festival, which she led as Creative Director from 2010-2015 and chaired the Board of Directors from 2015-17. She was part of the 2012 cohort of TCG's Young Leaders of Color. J.J. holds an MA in Arts Administration and Cultural Policy from Goldsmiths, University of London and received a BA in Theater Arts and in International Global Studies from Brandeis University.
